There are now four cases of coronavirus in Montgomery County; commissioners sign emergency declaration

A day after confirming that two of its residents tested positive for coronavirus, the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners signed a declaration of disaster emergency Sunday, which they say will enable the county to mobilize resources with less red tape. Two hours later, the Pennsylvania Department of Health confirmed that two more Montgomery County residents tested positive for the virus, bringing the county's total to four cases and the state's total to six cases.
