Charleston Metabolic Disorders Conference: An Interdisciplinary Update on the Management of the Metabolic Syndrome
. The conference will be held June 26-28, 2020, at the Kiawah Island Conference Center in Kiawah Island, SC.
The conditions mentioned above are seen by all physicians and are often not captured or underdiagnosed. The aim of the conference is to bring attention to these common disorders and the need for early identification of those at highest risks (e.g., NAFLD — how to identify, when to refer, how to manage etc.).
