How sheltering at home may influence floor plans, home design
from The Tennessean
Artist Shelly Jack commutes from her home in Nolensville to her studio every day, but she doesn’t travel by car. She walks down a flight of stairs. Jack owns a live-work townhome with commercial space on the first floor and living space on the top two floors. It’s a design that her builder, Regent Homes, believes will become even more popular as people experience the convenience of working from home while sheltering in place.
