Cerebral palsy (CP) impacts motor functions such as balance, limits of stability and walking, and may also affect other functions such as attention and rhythm production. Motor and non-motor deficits lead to difficulties in daily life activities. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of a dance intervention on balance in adolescents with CP. The secondary objectives were to evaluate the effects of this intervention on walking speed, attention, and rhythm production.

Decreased pectoralis minor muscle length is common after primary breast cancer treatment and can result in an abnormal position of the scapula. This position can contribute to shoulder pain and pathomechanics and can lead to problems such as impingement syndrome, rotator cuff tears, and frozen shoulder. Currently, there are limited reliable methods for measuring pectoralis minor length. The objective of this study was to examine the reliability and validity of measuring pectoralis minor length in women diagnosed with breast cancer.

For the first time, U.S. News used data from CMS Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Compare, the American Hospital Association annual hospital survey, and other data sources to complement the expert opinions of physiatrists, which U.S. News measures annually.
