We tend to think of July as a warm, mellow summer month with celebrations of independence, beach vacations, summer camps, and poolside outings. While we at ADAA want everyone to enjoy this summer month, we also want to highlight other important aspects of July related to mental health, wellness, pride, and equality:
- July is BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) Mental Health Awareness Month
- July is Minority Mental Health Awareness Month
- July is Disability Pride Month
