The unnamed family selling the gems discovered the stunning treasure trove of exceptional necklaces, watches, rings and bracelets in a will after a death. The 40-piece range, which includes diamond, emerald and ruby-studded necklaces, will be auctioned Jan. 20. Preeminent London jewelers S J Phillips supplied the two most highly sought-after items in the collection.
