APSP Council Spotlight — Builders Council elects new chairman

During the 2017, International Pool | Spa | Patio Expo, Stephen Neville, CBP, CSP from Stainless Aquatics, a Division of Island Construction Corporation, was elected as the 2017-2018 APSP Builder's Council chairman.
Neville is the director of business development and aquatics operations with Island Construction Corporation. After joining Island Construction Corporation, he was the cofounder and Director of Business Development for Stainless Aquatics, a Division of Island Construction Corporation, which focused on rooftop and podium deck installations in stainless steel and shotcrete applications. For over 17 years, Neville has been highly active with the industry primarily in the commercial segment and has served on the APSP Builders Council since 2014.
With the appointment of Neville, APSP's 2017-2018 Builder's Council consists of nine members, including: Co-Chairman Dana Anderson, CBP of Anderson Poolworks; Vice Chairman Rick Woemmel, CBP, CSP of Bistate Pools & Spas; Bob Blanda, CBP, CSP of Mill Bergen Pool Center; Alexa Dal Pino, CBP of Dal Pino Quality Pools; John Migliaccio, CBP of The Pool & Spa Place; Mark Reed, CBP of Memphis Pools; Tom Sheehy, CBP, CSP of Crystal Clear Custom Pools, Inc. and Joseph Vassallo, CBP from Paragon Pools.
