Pool are usually inspected for a specific reason. For example, it's common to see inspections for overall safety, energy efficiency, structural integrity, surface issues, water quality or leaks. In these instances, the goal of an inspection is to identify specific problems in the pool system.
Then there's the other kind of inspection: Those that take place as part of a real estate transaction, where the pool inspector's job is to provide an overall "snapshot" of the pool's condition, necessary repairs and possible problems in the future.

The face of Lucite to the hot-tub industry, Chris Robinson, retired at the end of 2018.
He served as business manager of Lucite Sheet for approximately 15 years, bringing his total tenure in the acrylic sheet business to approximately 32 years. But he actually began by working for a sister company of Lucite, which at the time was owned by DuPont. Right out of college, with his bachelors degree in mechanical and industrial engineering from Clarkson University, and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Robinson joined Remington Firearms, also owned by DuPont, in 1980.

While President Trump and others extol manufacturing sector growth, the year ended with the standard manufacturing production number dropping from 59.3 percent in November to 54.1 percent in December. Some say the decline is caused by the ongoing trade war with China, and others suggest that the new NAFTA — the United States-Canada-Mexico Agreement (USMCA) — is challenging private-sector organizations. So is Brexit.

China has offered to go on a six-year buying spree to ramp up imports from the U.S., in a move that would reconfigure the relationship between the world's two largest economies, according to officials familiar with the negotiations.
