Winner of the 2016 Dr. R. Neil Lowry Grant, the Department of Environmental Health County of Riverside California, created three pool related public service announcements (PSAs). Environmental Health Specialist Joshua Lindsey presented Saving the Public One PSA at a Time the 81st National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) Annual Education Conference & Exhibition (AEC). He informed other health department officials how they may create their own pool and spa safety PSAs on a tight budget.
