AOP producer enters into 2 new collaborations

An architect's dream: A swimming pool on the Astrodome

The designers behind one of the proposals to strip the skin off the Astrodome, exposing the steel structure beneath it, were in town recently to stir up support for their admittedly ambitious plan.
Their vision, called A-Dome Park, would convert the Dome into a public space that would be programmed with activities and have a two-mile track for walking, jogging and cycling that would gradually spiral from the ground level to the top of the structure.

The Nevada State Contractors' Board is discussing provisions related to disciplinary actions for contractor licensing, including pool and spa contractors.
- UT 53897:
The Utah Department of Health has proposed a rule related to the design, construction and operation of public pools throughout the state. Comments are due 1/14/2020 and stakeholders may request a public hearing. See the summary and bill link on our spreadsheet for more information
