AUTM Announces Search for New Executive Director
AUTM
AUTM is an organization run by an elected Board of Directors. These volunteers set the vision and strategy for the association and that vision is carried out by the dozens of volunteers who give generously of their time. But they cannot do it alone. The daily operations of AUTM are handled by dedicated staff based at our headquarters in Chicago. AUTM staff is provided to us through an association management company, The Sherwood Group, with whom AUTM has had a long and positive relationship.
On July 22, AUTM announced that its most senior staff member, Vicki Loise, will be leaving AUTM for an expanded role within The Sherwood Group.
The AUTM Board has begun its search to name Vicki's successor, and is looking for an individual with a strong background in technology transfer as well as management, advocacy and communications. This new member of the AUTM team will be hired in the coming months and will be, for the first time, a direct employee of AUTM. Vicki will continue to serve as AUTM’s executive director until her replacement is hired.
