CEMA
In a clarification from officials at the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP), heating oil marketers who sell low-sulfur 500 ppm heating oil to residential accounts do not need to indicate the sulfur content on delivery tickets. The current language on delivery tickets will suffice. But marketers do need to include a sulfur content statement on delivery tickets to commercial accounts.
