The Department of Revenue Services (DRS) has released guidance on the upcoming tax increase for cigarettes and snuff. As of the close of business on Nov. 30, any packs of cigarettes that have an old cigarette tax stamp attached to them, are subject to a tax (known as a floor tax).

After months of being stuck in the $2.75 to $3.10 range, natural gas prices have finally started to rise, with the December contract hitting $3.21 per MMBtu on Nov. 10.
