Recreation Cooking Class Instructor Requirements
I am looking to expand the variety of classes we offer through the Recreation Department. I placed an ad in our Activity Guide that if anyone had a special skill, and would like to share it in a class setting to contact me.
I was contacted by someone who would like to do a cooking class, but has never taught a cooking class before.
My question is, do they need a ServSafe or any other specific certificates to teach this class?

Orange County Register
Sahta Ana's park ranger program has been operating since the 1980s to help maintain order in the city's parks. About a decade later, when parks were deemed a haven for drugs, gangs, alcohol and graffiti, park rangers began carrying guns — making Santa Ana the first Orange County city with an armed park patrol. For about two years, the city has been re-examining its part-time park ranger program after getting notice that it can no longer staff a program with CalPERS retirees.

New equipment trends lead to more inclusive playgrounds
Playground Professionals
