Interiors were designed by the New York firm Stonehill Taylor with careful consideration for functionality to maximize space in the guestrooms which average 180 square feet. Guestroom design is chic and modern with nods to the city’s industrial past through chosen finishes and details.

Designed by Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture, the new Pace Gallery flagship is massive, with eight stories and 75,000 square feet of galleries, a library, and event and performance spaces. It’s also intimate, with little light-filled nooks to consider, for example, the intimate portraits Peter Hujar took of cult personalities who, in their heyday, would likely not have been welcome in these spaces.
