Wine, Beer & Spirits in Galena Country
Spend the day familiarizing your group with some of Illinois’ finest spirits in a tasting tour throughout Galena.
First stop is Blaum Bros. Distillery, located just blocks from downtown. Take a tour of their distilling area and barrel room and end your visit with a drink in their tasting room! The brothers hand craft spirits by meticulously controlling the entire process which included curating local ingredients.
Next, tantalize your groups taste buds with a glass of wine from Galena Cellars. With more than 40 wine varieties, Galena Cellars carries everyone’s favorite flavor! Tempting tourists with delicious wines since 1985, their Main Street tasting room is open daily, year-round.
Finish your spirits tour with a craft brew flight at The Galena Brewing Co. Shortly after the prohibition years, Galena was left without a producing brewery or local beer label. The Galena Brewing Co. opened its doors in 2010, ending an 80-year brewing drought and now offers 11 delicious beer styles.
Don't Miss Out On Hearing From Two Great Speakers!

Being asked to serve on a board is exciting. It is an opportunity to learn and demonstrate leadership skills, advance a cause and join a team. But the excitement wears off as the responsibilities of governance take over. A knowledge-driven board improves outcomes. Good board members base their deliberations on fact. Decisions guided by groupthink are to the contrary. That’s when the enthusiasm of the discussion drives voting.

But presenting in a webinar — when you often don’t have access to visual cues about how the audience is responding — can sometimes feel disconcerting or awkward.
