Galena In A Day
Groups will be transported back in time as they stroll along Galena's 1800s Main Street. They can divide their time amongst more than 101 eclectic boutiques, delicious dining and unique attractions, including the oldest home in Galena.
History comes to life at President Ulysses S. Grant’s home. In 1865, the citizens of Galena presented Gen. Grant with a furnished house. This home has one of the best views of downtown Galena and the lawn features a bronze statue dedicated to Grant’s wife, Julia. Grant’s home is open to the public and all furnishings are original. Remember to have the group visit the old General Store across the street, where Grant and his family shopped 150 years ago!
Enjoy an activity packed day out at Eagle Ridge Resort. Located inside the 6,800-acre Galena Territory. It is truly a one-of-a-kind getaway that blends luxury and sophistication with infinite opportunities for relaxation and recreation.

A place where people speak their unique language and care about their passions.
