KCTV
There are roughly 400 sports commissions in the United States. Of those, only three presidents are women. The Kansas City Sports Commission is a privately-funded nonprofit that began in 1966. Today, it's still in good hands with Kathy Nelson. Nelson is more than your average sports fan in Kansas City. She's the city's biggest cheerleader as the president and CEO of the sports commission.

'Jackass' sports may be the future
NASC
Longtime NBC Sports anchor Bob Costas caused a bit of a stir in January when, as he was asked about the new winter Olympic sport of Slopestyle, called it "Jackass stuff."
