Airport Technology
The international business travel market is growing and evolving at such a rapid rate that travelers are starting to expect the possibility of reserving smart sleep spaces at airports before and after flights.
The Global Business Travel Association Foundation estimates there were nearly 503 million business trips in 2016 in the United States, compared to 488 million in the previous year. Figures show it accrues a global spend of $1.23 trillion and this figure is set to rise by 7% in 2019.

Tucked away on a residential street in the Athenian neighborhood of Ampelokipoi, is a large, unassuming apartment building — the kind that was built en masse in Greece during the 1960s and '70s. Walk through the glass and wood paneled lobby to the elevator, up to the fourth floor, and knock on an otherwise nondescript door.
Welcome to the clinic of the best facialist in Greece.
For the past fifteen years, the Dimitra Goula Institute has been quietly servicing Athens' beau monde.

writes: "No matter how alluring where I'm headed to is, the journey there (despite the popular adage) is rarely a good thing. Even if I’ve been fortunate enough to score a seat in business, my body still feels pretty beat up after cruising at 35,000 feet. This is when the Oriental Qi, a signature treatment offered at the Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, enters the picture. The one hour and 50 minute session is not only indulgent, but also helpful at resetting and rebalancing your body (and mind) after a long flight. And why?"

Loyalty Lion
Do you think customer loyalty is non-existent in the volatile world of ecommerce? A quaint idea like customer loyalty should no longer apply in this digital era, right?
E-commerce professionals will staunchly disagree. As more customers engage in online transactions than ever before, these professionals will tell you that customer loyalty is crucial for e-businesses.
However, the nature of e-commerce, where product substitutes are readily available, means that gaining customer loyalty is an uphill battle for e-businesses.

Interpersonal conflicts at work often escalate not because of what people disagree over, but because of how they disagree, Judge Raymond E. Kramer, the director of the Administrative Judicial Institute at the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings in New York City, tells Thrive Global. When people don't feel heard or feel misunderstood, the conflict skyrockets. The solution: simply knowing that five core conflict styles exist, and becoming aware of which style you tend to gravitate toward.

Forbes Councils, Clay Clark writes: "You are probably thinking,'What the heck is a small-business mindset?' What I refer to as the small-business mindset is one filled with reactive business operations, poor branding and the absence of self-awareness and systems. If you run your business this way long enough, soon you will create an 80-hour-per-week job that nobody wants instead of a business that has the capacity to create both time and financial freedom for you."

The newest generation — Generation Z typically born after 1995 — are very different from previous generations.
Gen Z's are more distracted than millennials with a shorter attention span. They are accustomed to having information at their fingertips and only print information when necessary. Forget handouts for this student, think digital formatting as posting information works best. They reach for their smartphones every seven seconds ...

It's a repeated experience observed across all grade levels and classrooms — student frustration. Teachers recognize the sign — a defeated sigh, a sheepish glance at the floor, or a demeaning self-directed comment like "I'll never be able to do this," "Forget it, I'm done," or "I'm not smart enough."
All of these statements—and the other signs of frustration—are things that should signal a call for action. But what action?

Hyaluronic acid (HA) based hydrogels for esthetic applications found widespread use. HA should be crosslinked for this application to achieve the correct viscoelastic properties and avoid fast degradation by the hyaluronidase enzyme naturally present in the skin: these properties are controlled by the amount of crosslinker and the fraction that is effectively crosslinked (i.e. that binds two HA chains).
