In life, we say that hindsight is 20/20. We all wish that we could go back in time and tell our younger selves what to do and what not to do so that we could be the best versions of ourselves today. As a licensed esthetician and skin care expert, here are my top six beauty tips to my younger self — and you.

There are few things in life that chocolate can't fix. PMS? A bad day? A break-up? Grab yourself a Snickers bar and everything will be A-OK. But there's one thing you probably haven't tried the cocoa cure-all for yet: Your skin problems. So, is it really possible that chocolate is good for your skin?

Health and medical tourists spend almost 10 times more than holidaymakers to Turkey, according to the Association of Health Strategies and Social Policies.
SASOMER claims that Turkey gets 1.1 million health and medical tourists. Health tourism consists of three subgroups, medical tourism, tourism for the senior and handicapped, and thermal tourism. This produces annual revenue of $2.3 to 3 billion and the country is predicted to raise this figure to $5 billion by 2020.
"I sometimes thought less is more, except with esthetics. This profession has kept me on my toes; kind of a vision. I am a proud member of NCEA. All the learning's have assured confidence and enhanced my day-to-day business decisions."

Sometimes it is difficult to escape stupidity at work. Whether it is an irritating co-worker, a micromanaging boss or just a case of the Mondays, foolishness can be lurking in the next meeting. While a sarcastic response, screaming in the supply closet or telling someone to shut up might seem like great solutions in the moment, they are more likely to land you a one-on-one conversation with HR than any lasting relief. Instead of seeking revenge, harboring bad feelings, or letting an otherwise benign but annoying behavior derail a good day, handle stupidity with these two simple steps.
Entrepreneur Mike Kappel writes: "Being an entrepreneur for more than 30 years has taught me how important it is to track data about my business. But, I didn't always take the same approach.
During the early years, I was so busy trying to build my company that I didn't take much time to stop and look at the results of my efforts. That led to some under-calculated decisions that cost me time and money. I needed to use ratios to check my progress.
What are financial ratios used for? At my current company, Patriot Software, I use all kinds of data to guide my next moves. Financial ratios are an important part of reviewing performance to see what's working."
As a small business owner, you can use simple ratios to grow your company.
There's still plenty of autumn left, but you can already feel the holiday season approaching. And while you might think that you still have plenty of time to launch your holiday email marketing campaign, the truth is that the time to prepare is now — at least if you want to get the most of this holiday season.

Did you know every 83 seconds someone posts an anti-Semitic message on social media? That's 44 messages every hour. Startlingly, 63 percent of all anti-Semitic content online is on Twitter. Growing hate speech on social media has real-world impacts. For example, Charlottesville's Unite the Right rally was organized on Facebook. Only after the rally began to make national news did Facebook take down the event page.

Staphylococcal scalded skin syndromeis a blistering dermatosis caused by exfoliative toxins released from Staphylococcus aureus. We sought to describe the incidence, costs, length of stay, comorbidities, and mortality of SSSS in U.S. children.
How can school leaders push for innovation when every year 15 to 20 percent of the teaching staff turns over, along with a similar number of students? High turnover rates make it difficult to hold on to institutional knowledge, and even worse, the rationale for systems can become murky. Schools end up continuing practices they've always used out of inertia; the person who implemented an idea, and who can defend its importance, may have even left. These conditions make for a difficult environment in which to lead change.
Better managers recognize that the art of management is something they need to learn. No one becomes a fully competent manager overnight. There are, of course, many ways of learning how to be an effective manager.
There is no doubt that experience is the best teacher — the time you have spent as a manager or team leader and your analysis of how good managers you come across operate. You can learn from your own boss and from other bosses.
