ACA staff on April 29 testified in opposition to a paint bill before Maine's Joint Standing Committee on Environment and Natural Resources. LD 1433, An Act to Provide for the Recycling or Proper Disposal of Architectural Paint, is inconsistent with model PaintCare legislation.
