The newly signed Distribution Agreement will enable Magnetic MRO to service its customers with quality engine stands and tools within short lead-time and a good price. Engine stands trading and leasing will be conducted through EngineStands24.com e-store platform, to be launched by Magnetic MRO by the end of this month. The improved customer service comes with a 2-year warranty-period and expanded service capabilities.

In hopes of encouraging compliance with the ADS-B rule, the Federal Aviation Administration is offering a rebate incentive to owners of general aviation aircraft. The aim is to not only spur compliance, but to also avoid a last-minute rush. According to the FAA website, eligible aircraft are defined as registered, single-engine, fixed-wing piston aircraft.

This advisory circular (AC) provides guidance for establishing acceptable methods of compliance with additional Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulation (14 CFR) part 135 maintenance requirements for certain air carriers and commercial operators. This AC also provides part 135 certificate holders with an acceptable means, but not the only means, of complying with regulations.
MTU Maintenance Lease Services has signed an agreement with Embraer to provide spare lease engines and support services to E-jet operators in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Under the terms of the contract, the subsidiary of MTU Aero Engines will supply and support the CF34-10E engine type.

ExecuJet recently celebrated the opening of its first Mexican fixed-based operation at Del Norte International Airport in Monterrey, Mexico.
The facility, which began operating in June, offers the largest handling area at Del Norte's General Aviation Terminal and also boasts a large hangar, covering an area of 3,700 m2.
