County boots clean-up crew from Clackamas Review Dan Zinzer, director of Business and Community Services for the North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District, sent the Tsunami Crew a letter on Sept. 2 telling the group that it was not authorized to work there and might be a liability to the county.
