From March 2: It is just another typical day at work for police officer Emmanuel "Manny" Fardella, a member of the Cheyenne Police Department in Wyoming. Fardella serves as the school resource officer at Cheyenne's South High School. New commercial uses for unmanned aerial vehicles are being found every day, from cell tower inspections to agricultural applications to media coverage.
