Security, Skills, & Alignment Keeping CIOs Up at Night
Since 1980, SIM's IT Trends Study has identified and examined IT management's priorities, activities and trends. While some concerns like "Alignment of IT with the Business" understandably rank high each year, others recently have risen in the rankings, such as agility, continuity, security, skill shortages and speed. This year's study also finds a divergence between the top concerns of IT leaders and those of their organizations, as only five issues appear in the top 10 of both lists, and only two in the top five (Alignment and Security). Click here to see the personally most important or worrisome issues selected by 801 of your fellow SIM members.
