2022 Supporting Women of Real Estate Grant
Local and state REALTOR® associations can now apply for the Women's Council of REALTORS®' 2022 Supporting Women of Real Estate grants, which help to organize a one-day conference around women's leadership in real estate. Ten grants of $2,500 each will be awarded, with winners selected in June.

Here's how much cash homebuyers are putting down to have their offers accepted

Today's homebuyers are anteing up. Amid rising home prices, buyers are offering about twice as much cash for down payments as they did just two years ago in their quest to have their offer accepted, according to a recent report. They kicked in an average $28,000 down payment in the first quarter of this year — compared with $14,000 in the first quarter of 2020.
