What a wonderful world this would be...

Gray Graphics celebrated another successful year before the holiday break with our annual Christmas party at the office. Because we had such a good time, we wanted to share some photos from our holiday party.

All of our team members took part in games, dancing and friendly competition. It didn't even matter who won or lost — everyone went home with a prize!

May 2015 be one of the most prosperous years for you and your loved ones. See you next time!

The security case for going digital
Information Age
Hard-copy documents are one of the weakest links in the document chain. They can be scanned and shared without trace, and electronic documents can be printed and shared in hard copy. It's easier to secure information electronically than through complex paper workflows. As such, digitization can be highly effective in helping enhance enterprise content security.

Cloud-based records management takes off
While historically the discipline has been backward-looking, some organizations are embracing modernization — and cloud-based records management. In this, part two of a spotlight on records management, we explore how companies are moving to cloud-based records management to reduce costs, eliminate redundancies and pool resources. In part one, we profiled companies that have begun the modernization process through digitization of records and more.
