Gray Graphics Awarded with
GSA Schedule Contract!

Gray Graphics is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded with a GSA Schedule Contract! This contract establishes prices and inventories ahead of time, so customers and vendors can get right to work.

"This Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) provides federal agencies with solutions that help them to modernize their office, reduce operational costs, and free up resources so they can focus on core mission activities," according to the GSA.

Gray Graphics has been awarded the following SIN Codes with Contract Number GS-03F-100GA under GSA Schedule 36:

51 504 Records Management Services
51 505 Document Production On-site and Off-site Services
51 506 Document Conversion Services
733 2 Presort Mail
733 3 Miscellaneous Mail Services
733 4 List Management Services

We are very excited about this opportunity to grow our business by adding to the services we provide the federal government!
What is a GSA Schedule?
The U.S. General Services Administration works with commercial companies to establish long-term government contracts, known as GSA Schedules. These agreements allow purchasers within the federal government to work with vendors to buy products and services.

The advantage to this method for buyers is that the vendors are preapproved with a defined list of prices, delivery schedules, inventories and more. GSA Schedule vendors, like Gray Graphics, can save time and money by eliminating the back-and-forth negotiations involved in proposals.
