Commissioned by City Living in Den Haag, The Netherlands, HVE Architects created a design for the redevelopment of the old Van Limburg Stirum House. The general starting point for the design was "transformation through targeted, clear interventions while maintaining the characteristics of the existing building as much as possible." Now known as The Student Hotel, the natural combination of old and new elements, and the use of KEIM minerals paints, help give the building its powerful character. |
