Mineral Silicate Finishes for the Conservation of Historic Masonry
Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 2:00 PM EDT

This continuing education series course will cover mineral silicate paints and stains, how they function and what makes them inherently different than latex or acrylic paints. We will explore the legendary durability of mineral paints and when and where to specify them for maximum performance on all types of historic masonry. We will explore how mineral finishes are incredibly eco-friendly, sustainable and protect our air quality. And we will explore several key historic preservation projects recently completed with Keim mineral finishes.

Participants are eligible for one AIA CES credit.
