After a big life change — her eldest daughter’s leaving for college — her client was ready to make some changes around the house. A little like putting the airplane oxygen mask on herself first, she started with her own bedroom, which felt too large, kind of empty and not pulled together. With McGuill's help, she now has a calming retreat where she can put her feet up, read, unwind and start plans for redecorating other rooms in the house.
Ted Baker Turns Its Hand to Interior Design

Not content with producing quirky jackets or floral cut dresses, British clothing brand Ted Baker has made a move into interior design with 'Ted styled' apartments. The firm said on it had signed a deal with property group THAT BCL, majority owned by Ted Baker's founder and CEO Ray Kelvin, to provide a trade mark licence and design services for the development of apartments in Bournemouth, southwest England, in return for a 250,000 pound ($377,000) fee.
