The Interior Design Society will soon release details of its latest achievement. The organization is in the process of creating the IDS Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. In Spring 2020, the IDS Foundation will be launched at an official event planned to occur during the 2020 spring High Point Market.

The clients wanted a "he — she" space, somewhat gender neutral, where both felt like it was designed with each of their personalities in mind. As for aesthetics, he was interested in rough metals, old woods and a "not-so-colorful"palette. She wanted a hint of glamour, a feminine touch, and maybe a ruffle or two.

Furniture Lighting & Decor
The Interior Design Society is in the process of creating the IDS Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
The purpose of the foundation is to enable IDS to expand its educational initiatives, such as its student scholarship, international educational explorer program and the IDS IMPACT program, in which IDS members and chapters across the U.S. give back to their communities through pro bono charitable design projects.
