Her beautiful living room graces the cover of this unique 256-page book. Also featured, are homes of 22 leading designers, including Christopher Radko (of vintage ornament fame) and Joe Ruggiero (host of HGTV’s Homes Across America). Almost 400 color images treat readers to dazzling holiday visions usually seen only by family and friends. “I am honored to be included among so many talented designer across our nation”, Copas said. “I am looking forward to the launch party which will take place at the Governor’s Mansion on November 1, 2016 at 6 pm. That night a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the book will be given to Children’s Advocacy Centers of Arkansas. We are pleased that Wordsworth in the Heights and At Home in Arkansas has partnered with us to promote the book and help the CAC’s.”

From Aug. 3: We're more than halfway through 2016, which means one thing: It's already time to discuss which home decor trends will define next year. On the color front, sophisticated hues are poised to take center stage, according to Behr who, just released their predictions for colors to keep an eye on in 2017. The paint company has divided its selection into three palettes — Confident, Composed, and Comfortable — and if they are any indication, we'll be drawing decor inspiration from our personalities in the year ahead.

From Jan. 27: The practice of home staging has long elicited strong reactions. Agents and professional stagers point to examples like the Sarro-Waite apartment, and say staging can usually help a home sell faster, and for a higher price, offering a larger return on the investment. From Sept. 28:
Even though fall is in the air, spring is on Pantone's mind. As the color authority for the design industry, they have to work several seasons ahead to stay on top of trends. That's why they decided to reveal the upcoming hues for spring 2017 at the end of New York Fashion Week. The results? Let's just say color is going to be bold and bright next year.

From June 15: When Darren Schaeffer put his Beverly Hills home on the market, he kept his Cabo San Lucas-inspired furniture in vivid purples and greens and continued to display his personal photos. He didn't give a thought to home staging. "I had plenty of furniture. Why would I move my furniture out just to move new furniture in again?" said Schaeffer. But after the home was months on the market without any offers, his agent called in a professional home stager, whose goal is to help a home — not the homeowner — look its best.
