July Code Update: Glenn Mathewson, NADRA Technical Advisor
NADRA
NADRA has begun to draft public comments for the Public Comment Hearing (formally the Final Action Hearing). With the development of the 2015 IRC half way through, NADRA remains on top of the process by participating in each phase of code development. The committee has made their vote in the previous hearings, but all can still be turned around, both for our advantage and disadvantage. Links to public comments are posted on NADRA's code page as they are developed. As always, NADRA welcomes feedback from our members. Here is the latest public comment in regards to RB265-13.

Please reply in the comments section on the NADRA Blog. There will be an approval process, so give us a day or two to post your comments. Thank you! ~NADRA HQ

How to get employees to think like an owner
Inc.
One of the great challenges in running a fast-growth company is aligning your company's vision, mission, value and culture with the daily activities of the business.
