NADRA Code Meeting — 2015 IRC, be heard NADRA Share ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The codes regulating the decking industry are changing. Common practices of the past will not survive the future, with both positive and negative outcomes. Jan. 3, 2013, the 2015 International Residential Code proposals are due. What changes or new codes will be proposed? How will they affect our industry? Will they be feasible this time? The lateral load anchor of the 2009 IRC, is challenged in impracticality only by the ledger bolting restrictions of the 2012 IRC. NADRA is working to change this pattern. To inject some deck industry sensibility to code modifications aimed our way. What are your thoughts? How will you help? NADRA wants you involved. Join Glenn Mathewson and NADRA on Thursday, Oct. 11, from 12:30-2 p.m. for a meeting in NADRA's Conference Room 301. Please let us know if you can make it. RSVP here.
