The NADRA Deck for a Solider Ribbon Cutting for LCPL Colin Pascik in Monroe, NJ for Saturday, November 5th @ 11 am. His injuries resulted in the amputation of both legs. Colin's spirits are unbelievably high and his positive attitude has been an example to all who meet him. Construction is now complete for his new accessible apartment to his mothers home in Monroe Twp. along with his new deck. NADRA GA Chapter Deck for a Soldier Build From ground -breaking to the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, NADRA's GA Chapter is moving fast with their build this year. the entire project will take place between November 7-9th with the Ribbon Cutting Happening on November 10th. Kelley is with the detached personnel retrieval and processing company where he and his marines prepare the fallen heroes to be sent to Dover, AFB. Their job begins the heroes' journey home. Sgt Kelley was deployed in April of 2011 and is due home for the Holidays. The replacement of their existing deck will provide the Kelley's and their four children peace of mind, as the old deck is falling apart and unsafe, as well as a fun place to spend time together as a family. 10 year old calls dad "hero" for participating in Deck for a Soldier build. NADRA member, Gary Daley, America's Deck Builder and Deck for a Soldier enlisted participant, posted the below image. With Gary's permission, we wanted to share this with the industry. Gary isn't looking for recognition, this is bigger than that. The NJ D4S build was a team effort and the job was done due to the efforts of the NJ Chapter of NADRA... what Gary is so proud of, and what we all have to learn from this is... his 10 year old son, Mathew took note.
