US Attorney settles with New Jersey Transit over ADA compliance

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of New Jersey announced it had reached a settlement with New Jersey Transit Corporation (NJ Transit) over allegations it failed to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
According to U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger, as part of the ADA, NJ Transit is required to provide accessible public transit to those with disabilities, including a paratransit system comparable to transportation services provided to those without disabilities.

New Jersey BPU releases revised draft of electric truck, bus charging proposal

DOE to offer $750M to spur hydrogen electrolyzer, fuel cell development

The U.S. Department of Energy will dedicate half of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law’s $1.5 billion for clean hydrogen to advances in electrolysis and hydrogen fuel cell technology, according to a press release.
Most of the money, which the DOE plans to disperse following a future funding announcement, should go to developing a supply chain for electrolyzer and fuel cell manufacturing, according to the department's notice of intent.
