ACA Testifies in Support of PaintCare® Bill in Washington
The bill, if enacted, would bring the PaintCare® program to Washington, making it the fifth state after Oregon, California, Connecticut and Rhode Island to enact the ACA- and industry-conceived platform for the proper and effective management of post-consumer paint.
ACA Responds to Ohio EPA's Early Stakeholder Outreach on Universal Waste
ACA reiterated that it strongly believes that Ohio EPA should designate aerosol cans, paint and paint-related waste as universal waste under the state's universal waste listing.
California to Add Styrene, BPA to Prop 65 List
Separately, on Feb. 8, the California's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment added C.I. Disperse Yellow 3 and 2,6-dimethyl-N-nitrosomorpholine to the list of chemicals known to cause cancer under Proposition 65.

ACA has assumed the management responsibilities of the National Council to Prevent Delinquency (NCPD). The council works diligently with state and local communities to develop comprehensive anti-graffiti programs that do not infringe on the retail shelf space for spray paint.
Obituary: Robert Anthony Roland
