ACA Files Amicus Brief to Protect Manufacturers in CPSC Database The case arises from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's attempt to publish on its database a report that a company claimed was materially inaccurate. ACA's amicus argued that without effective safeguards over the accuracy of information appearing on saferproducts.gov, the database would lose its value.
