A Prop 65 warning must be "clear and reasonable" under the law, and Article 6 provides safe harbor language that businesses can adopt to ensure compliance and protect them from enforcement.

ACA has issued a Call for Papers for its 2017 CoatingsTech Conference, "Meeting the Sustainability Challenges of Today and Tomorrow," which be held March 20-22, 2017 in Cleveland, Ohio.
