ACA Continues to Address New and Pending TSCA Rulemaking Proposals
The likely regulatory approaches the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency may be considering will issue pursuant to the current provisions of TSCA and include such things as Significant New Use Rules, which hold up new formulations using a chemical of concern, most recently for certain "Glymes," and a pending action on toluene diisocyanate or TDI, and other more restrictive requirements based on a finding of "significant risk."
