ACA Submits Comments to DHS on "Consultation Draft" for Sharing CFATS Data with Emergency Planning Groups
ACA submitted comments to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in which it addressed the agency's "Consultation Draft" on the feasibility and the parameters of sharing Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) data with State Emergency Response Commissions (SERCs), Tribal Emergency Response Commissions, Local Emergency Planning Committees, and Tribal Emergency Planning Committees on a categorical basis.
