Breast cancer survivors can safely pause longer-term meds during pregnancy
HealthDay
Pausing longer-term hormonal therapies to have a baby will not raise a breast cancer survivor's risk of her tumor recurring, a new clinical trial concludes. Women whose cancer is fueled by female hormones such as estrogen often are treated with medications — such as aromatase inhibitors or tamoxifen — that suppress those hormones or block their function, in an effort to keep the cancer from coming back.

Breast cancer without a lump: Is it possible?
Verywell Health
It is possible to have breast cancer without a lump. About one in six people with breast cancer do not report having a lump when they're diagnosed. Breast cancer without a lump typically shows other symptoms. But it's also possible to be diagnosed with asymptomatic breast cancer (without a lump or other symptoms) if your cancer is found during a breast cancer screening mammogram.

Growing contrast concerns accompany rising MRI volumes
Radiology Business
More than half of surveyed radiologists worry about MRI contrast availability, yet almost all — 99% — wish for contrast agents that would cut current gadolinium concentrations at least in half. The contrast supplier Bracco Diagnostics made the findings after co-commissioning a survey of 200 radiology professionals, including technologists and administrators, with the physician social media network Sermo.
