Benefit Your Chapter and Your Company With SIM's 'ELD' Program
SIM
When you sign up one of your organization's newest leaders for SIM's 100% online Emerging Leader Development (ELD) program, you're giving that new leader a great launch into a lifetime of leadership and you're earning your Chapter money for philanthropy endeavors.
ELD benefits your chapter:
By registering your employee(s) you'll help your Chapter earn money for scholarships or other philanthropy. Under the “ELD Chapter Incentive Program” your Chapter receives:
- $50 for each of the first five people registered for the ELD through your Chapter.
- $100 for each additional person (6 or more) registered.
- Once 10 registrations have occurred through your Chapter, the ELD Chapter Bonus Award kicks in:
- A bonus $1,000 award for the #1 Chapter in total registrations.
- A bonus $750 award for the #2 Chapter in total registrations.
- A bonus $500 award for the #3 Chapter in total registrations.
ELD benefits your company:
- The ELD is available only for SIM members, so anyone that works for you or for your company can participate.
- It's designed for the entry-level leaders in your organization... that new Team Lead, a newly-designated manager, or any other first-time leader.
- It's a 100% online orientation to leadership skills ... it’s self-paced, not instructor-led and can be completed in a matter of months at the participant’s desired pace.
- And the first 250 participants can register for only $500... an introductory heavy discount from the regular registration price of $1.099. Take advantage of this price while it's available!

Join ITSMF & SIM at (Un)Common Ground Storytelling Session 2 Aug. 13 | 11:30 AM ET
SIM
The first (Un)Common Ground episode, sponsored by SIM and ITSMF, was a fantastic success!
With Richard Cox and Warren Lenard sharing their personal narratives, we explored the differences in their journeys as well as their many areas of common ground…and the pictures they shared added color, laughter, and invited us into their personal journey! We are grateful to the 100+ attendees who participated as your questions enriched the event. As our expanded commitment is to have our two organizations form deeper connections and community, the networking after the storytelling session was incredible!
We are excited to announce the next episode in the (Un)Common Ground Storytelling Series on August 13th at 11:30am ET which will feature Risa Fogel, Digital Innovation Leader for Bayer, and Tiwanna (Tye) Hayes, Managing Partner at N-Ovate Business Solutions and former Interim CIO for the City of Atlanta. These two female leaders will share their narratives and have very dynamic discussions on bias, inclusion, mentoring, and career advancement. Their candor and humor will be woven throughout each of these topics – it’s a conversation you don’t want to miss!
Across both ITSMF and SIM, our intent is to educate and equip our leaders with the necessary skills to lead multi-cultural organizations. Our hope for the (Un)Common Ground series is to increase awareness, encourage leaders to have difficult conversations, and help close the cultural divide. We are delighted to have you join us on the journey!
