NPowerMATCH is NPower’s Virtual Mentoring program.
- Change the trajectory of a mentee’s life in less than an hour a week!
- Mentoring sessions focused on the mentee's career development needs
- Goal is to engage NPower trainees in the process of professional development while providing them with additional confidence to support them through their transition into a tech career.
Volunteer Commitment: Five months supporting one mentee and ~1 hour per week of asynchronous communication on the NPowerMATCH Platform or via phone and a video chat for one hour a month.
Fall 2022 Goal: Recruit 150 mentors by Oct. 31, 2022, for November start.
Where your support is needed:
- Pledge 10 – 20+ mentors from your organization
- Post this opportunity in your corporate volunteering program and or in Slack channels or other communication chains.
- Share with Employee Resource or Affinity Groups
